Joining your TeleHealth appointment from an iOS or Android device

Download the MDMessage Patient Edition app for iOS or Android

Click on your appointment link from your invitation. It should look something like this - https://meet.mdtech.com/[Meeting Code]

The MD Message Patient Edition app should automatically open

Your care provider will start your visit

If your phone opens a browser instead of the MD Message Patient Edition app, you may need to click "Continue to the app".

Use a computer with a camera and microphone

From a compatible browser, click on your appointment link from your invitation

Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone

Your care provider will start your visit
